CAR Perkins Portal is Now Open for PY 2024-25 Submission

The Perkins V Consolidated Annual Report (CAR) portal is now open for submission for program year 2024-2025. You may access it through the Perkins Web Portal. Please note the deadline for submission is by 5 p.m. EST on January 31, 2026.

To assist you in reporting, resources may be found on the CAR page of the Perkins Collaborative Resource Network (PCRN). These include the CAR User Guide, OMB-approved Perkins V Guide, and training webinars.
