Under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 (Perkins V) and applicable Federal regulations, each year eligible recipients are required to submit narrative performance reports, financial reports, and performance data reports.  To enable eligible agencies to meet their annual reporting requirements efficiently and effectively, the Department has combined these reports into a single reporting instrument, the Consolidated Annual Report (CAR).  The CAR for program year 2024-2025 is due by 5 p.m. EST on January 31, 2026.  Associated resources may be found on the CAR page of the Perkins Collaborative Resource Network (PCRN).  These include the CAR User Guide, OMB-approved Perkins V CAR Guide, and training webinars.
