2018-19 OCTAE Customized Technical Assistance to States: Final Summary Report for the West Virginia Community and Technical College System

Technical assistance provided to the West Virginia Community and Technical College System (WVCTCS) focused on the following objectives; examine strategies for addressing new Perkins V accountability requirements, including reporting on the new special populations at the postsecondary level; investigate state practices for establishing agreements to securely link data between agencies, and explore credential and workforce data collection practices.
