- Department of Education (ED) administered Title II Adult Education and Family Literacy Act, which this site covers.

- ED administered Title IV Vocational Rehabilitation.
Partner programs under WIOA include:
- Health and Human Services (HHS) administered Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) and Community Services Block Grant.
- ED administered Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V).
- United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) administered SNAP Employment and Training Program.
- DOL administered Trade Adjustment Assistance for Workers Program; Jobs for Veterans State Grants; Senior Community Service Employment Program; Unemployment Insurance Program; and Reentry Employment Opportunities.
- Housing and Urban Development (HUD) administered Employment and Training activities.
