State Plans
Each eligible agency that desires assistance for any fiscal year under the Perkins V Act must prepare and submit a State plan and, in subsequent years, State plan revisions, to the Secretary.
Monitoring
The Division of Academic and Technical Education (DATE) conducts monitoring activities under the Carl D. Perkins Career and Technical Education Act of 2006 as amended by the Strengthening Career and Technical Education for the 21st Century Act (Perkins V).
